In observance of the end-of-the-year holidays, our community is making an exception to the parking permits. The exception will be as follow.
• Thanksgiving: From November 18 to 28, 2022
• Christmas and New Year: From December 23, 2022, to January 8, 2023
We also want to inform you that as of July 12, 2022, the board made it mandatory that all the residents (at least one per unit) must be registered on the website https://comwebportal.com , in addition, all vehicles must be registered on the website https://www.npmparking.com/login (National Parking Management) which can be accessed from the link located on our website https://www.forestlakeparadisehoa.com/home
We ask you for your cooperation and support in completing the above as soon as possible since we are close to implementing the Gate Project and the information submitted is the one that will be used in the software of the community gates.
It is mandatory that at the end of November all units’ owners/renters are registered on both the Forest Lake Paradise HOA website and in the parking lot. In December, we will first post and notify the missing units to register on the websites.
