We wanted to inform you about an upcoming event that will impact our community on Wednesday, October 4th, 2023. On that day, our landscaping vendor will be performing tree trimming in the backyard areas of our community. This maintenance is crucial to ensure the safety of the community during Hurricane Season. We kindly request your support and cooperation to make this process as smooth as possible.
Please ensure that our landscaping team has access to your backyard on this day. Make arrangements for someone to be in the unit to provide access. In addition, to prevent any damage to your personal belongings, we kindly ask that you remove any items from your backyard that might be in the way of the tree trimming process. This includes furniture, gardening equipment, and any other objects.
The tree trimming is scheduled to take place throughout the day. While we anticipate minimal disruption to your daily routine, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this necessary maintenance.
Be aware that if the vendor is not able to finish on Wednesday, October 4th, 2023, they will continue working on Thursday, October 5th, 2023. In addition, the cost for the work will be added to your account (with previous owner authorization) and should be paid through your regular association account with TRUIST BANK.
