The Forest Lake Paradise Homeowners Association's board of directors approved keeping the monthly fee at $179.67per property in their last Budget meeting, effective January 1st, 2025.
This decision was made after carefully analyzing the financial situation of the community, and after creating the budget for 2025, the amount set is the minimum amount required in order to cover all the dues forecasted for the year.
