On behalf of the Community, we would like to remind you of the importance of maintaining your property to preserve the well-being and appearance of our community. It is essential that each homeowner collaborates to ensure that our properties remain in good condition, thereby improving the quality of life for all residents.

Maintenance Requirements:

1. Roof Cleaning: We request that the roofs of the properties be properly cleaned to remove any accumulation of dirt, mold, or debris.

2. Painting of the property: A review must be conducted, and if necessary, the external areas of the property should be repainted to ensure they are in good condition and maintain an appropriate aesthetic appearance.

3. Maintenance of driveways: Proper maintenance of the driveways is required, ensuring they are clean, free of cracks, and in good overall condition. Compliance Deadline: A 30-day period is granted starting from September 1, 2024, to complete this requirement. This means that all actions must be completed by September 30, 2024, at the latest.

Compliance Inspection:

Starting on October 1, 2024, inspections will begin to verify compliance with these requirements. These inspections will be carried out by designated personnel. Failure to meet the established requirements may result in corrective measures as stipulated in the community regulations.

NOTE: All cleaning companies MUST present a valid business license and liability insurance certificate. Please be aware that, in the event of any damage caused by contractors to common areas, the homeowner will be responsible for repairs.
